How it Works

1. Each faculty member will be assigned to an Incubation Pod by the Academic Affairs/DEI Team

2. Michelle Lifto can assist in setting up the group sessions. 

3. The first session will take place over zoom at a time chosen by the group members; this can take place during typical work hours, in the evening, in the early morning; whatever works best for the group. 

4. There will be a suggested agenda for each session based on the different themes, or topics for discussion, as outlined above.  This agenda is intended as a starting point to get the conversation flowing, and is meant to be used to the extent that the group finds it helpful. The idea is to inspire conversation, so feel free to let the discussion flow in whatever direction it takes you.
