Wellness/Wellbeing Agenda

Session Outcomes

  • Develop an increased awareness of the role of wellbeing/wellness in your life
  • Brainstorm new ways that you can incorporate a sense of wellbeing/wellness in your life
  • Determine setting, date, and time of your next group meeting
  • Grow relationships with the individuals that make up this group

Choose someone in the group to serve as a timekeeper, in order to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to share during the session

20 minutes: 
Introductions and ice breaker
Everyone is invited to share a quick story about some aspect of your name.  This could be what your name means, why you were given your name, a funny story about your name, etc.

30 minutes:                            
Sharing on wellness.  Here are some questions to get the discussion started: What do you consider wellness/wellbeing to be for you?  What do you currently do to foster a sense of wellness/wellbeing in your life?  What would you like to do that you may not currently be doing?  Do you have any wellness goals?

Final 10 minutes:                   
The cadence of the group meetings will be approximately every other month for one year.  You can also consider what time of day works best for you (during work hours, outside of work hours, etc.).  Use this opportunity to select the location, date/time of your next meeting and email this info to Michelle Lifto so that she can help support you.

*The next Incubator Pod will cover career goals.  In order to facilitate a good discussion during your next time together, there is a pre-meeting preparation/reflection guide to complete on your own time.  You will be emailed this after you complete your first session.
